The Agency is a member of the Monmouth & Ocean County Multiple Listing Services and Commercial Investment Division, cooperating in over 7000 active, residential, land, commercial and investment properties. The agency staff historicaly has over 200 years of real estate experience and has produced twenty six million dollar club sales associates. Alan Chokov Realtors has been previously recognized for being in the top percentile of real estate service companies in the country.
